What Matters

This is a photo of my grandfather's and my son's hands. It reminds me that while time passes much too quickly as we all experience the circle of life, what matters is to make every moment count and treasure those around you. -Shannah

Bridal Portrait

What happens when you have a gorgeous bride-to-be, a beautiful day and inspiration? Just check out these images to see. I can't wait for the wedding day! -Shannah

Mary and Matt

Ever the romantics, Matt and Mary eloped around Christmas in NYC. To share the special occasion with family and friends they planned a wonderful wedding celebration at the artful Cine in downtown Athens. The party was populated by friends from the local music scene including...but not limited to... members of The Highballs, Modern Skirts , Audition with Max Reinhardt, Dancer vs. Politician, Artie Ball Swing Band, and more. Matt and Mary even shared their amazing musical talents with the crowd and everyone had a great time! What a joyous way to celebrate this special union. - Shannah

Megan and Andy

Such a glamorous evening...and the weather held just long enough for us to capture some wonderful moments at that great church. Andy was such a calming factor the whole day...and Megan was just as cute as she could be and so easy going. Lovely, lovely day. -Marisu

Linda and Joseph

It was a gray day, but the church was amazing...old Catholic church in downtown Macon. The bride wore blue and the wedding was a surprise for all the attendants of the Saturday vigil...kinda fun to see people's reaction to a 'public' wedding. Added a very spontaneous flair to the whole night...good times Linda and Joseph. -Marisu

Elizabeth and Adam

Elizabeth and Adam were so in love...constantly stealing glances at each other and holding hands all night...and the cool thing? They hadn't kissed before the wedding ceremony...really...and when they did it elicited applause from their friends and family. Fun party and great DJ! Thanks for having us along. -Marisu

Kids Portraits

We have shot so many kids portraits over the years. They grow up so fast and we find it very fulfilling to capture a moment in time. We love to photograph children because they always have fun and are so easy going. - Marisu and Shannah
