Abbra and Bobby's Wedding -Photographed by Marisu

Are you planning a Fall wedding? Marisu photographed Abbra and Bobby's October wedding. Abbra wrote about her weddings' beautiful details for us.
"Thanks to the USAF, we planned a majority of our fall 2008 wedding from over a thousand miles away! We worked to create a southern wedding that would incorporate many elements of our favorite season. We chose the beautiful Foundry Park Inn and Spa of Athens for our wedding site. Throughout the wedding, my favorite color, orange, was incorporated into flowers, ribbon work and accents on the wedding cake. A rich infusion of burnt orange, chocolate browns and gold pulled every element of the theme together. Every feature and the attention to detail that was given by all involved provided us with memories we will always cherish." -Abbra

Gopi and Ivan's Wedding - Photographed by Marisu

I am always so amazed and fascinated by the Indian culture...without a doubt, the most colorful wedding celebrations ever! And what a party... Ivan entertained the house with a surprise 'dance off', there were culinary treats from all over the world, and the family was as warm and inviting as one could hope for. Gopi, thanks for the beautiful pashmina shawls...the girls and I have used them many, many times already. In fact, Jennifer and I traveled in style with ours to Puerto Rico to shoot a wedding the very next weekend, the perfect solution to the air conditioning at the airport and on the plane. And Ivan, I saw you on television...you're just as handsome in person. -Marisu
